Departure after breakfast when you wish from your hotel or apartment in Sofia. Our driver will meet you at the reception in the hotel or at your apartment. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to Saeva dupka cave. Its age is about 3.5 million of years and it is about 400 meters long. There are 5 halls and one of them was used for concerts because of its remarkable acoustic. The temperature inside is constant: 7-11 C throughout the whole year. You are allowed to spend about 40 minutes in the cave. It takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the next cave near the village of Devetaki. The Devetaki cave is one of the biggest caves in Bulgaria- about 2 500 meters long, 60 meters high, total area about 20 000 sq. m., however tourists are allowed to visit one of its halls where archeologists found interesting objects from the stone copper age. An interesting fact is that the cave was used during the communist time for storage of food and fuel. You should spend up to 1 hour in the cave. The Krushuna waterfalls are located 20 minutes away. You will enjoy a natural path following the numerous cascading waterfalls, wooden bridges and panorama views. The turquoise color of the water is due to the limestone deposits in the rocks. You need about 2-3 hours to see the waterfalls. Nearby there are small restaurants and barbecue places for lunch. After 3 hours drive will be back in Sofia.
